ttgop....How long have you been in QBID? The 350 billion was never to to shareholders.It was dug uo by someone calling the Washington SOS.
Further more it was PR'd by Frank that we had in "FACT" closed the deal on the Burbank Studios and owned it as "OUR" asset.When in "FACT" we were leasing with option to buy......BUT Frank didn't pay the rent.
Next was our "ACQUISITION" of NTI and PR'd as "OUR' asset and that was dug up that in reality "GULF STATE HOLDINGS" which had nothing to do with Triangle or QBID but in which Frank was an officer,had taken possession of NTI.
The reality as I see/understand it is this,Frank started out with a simple scam which started to actually happen.QTN could have flown but Frank just wanted money.Maybe once he saw it actually starting to happen he went to some crooked hedge funds and took a "PIPE" injection of cash.This is where I believe we really got screwed.In lieu of stock price...the further the price declined...the more shares were converted to the hedgefund.This is why we were suddenly at 350 billion shares and a crashing stock price.
Frank was in trouble with some "BAD" people and he just kept smiling and PRing that everything was a go and coming together.
