I don’t think we will need the FDA anymore because the latest word is that Congress will legalize CBD in foods and dietary supplements by inserting legislation into their year end Agriculture Appropriations Bill

Outright CBD Legalization is the best possible outcome we could get

It’s 10 times better than the FDA saying it is still illegal to put CBD in foods but we will exercise enforcement discretion until we have developed a framework
