Do you really think the GERS' attorneys do not know this and what needs to be emphasized to the tribunal during the oral argument? If they don't we have the wrong legal team.

I responded in #49904 that "we have the wrong legal team", and I linked that statement to a post on Skunk's blog that showed that Greenshift's lawyers didn't have the right kind of paperwork in one of their filings.

Nobody then replied to me with this comment.

You have no basis for that statement except frustration.

I then informed him that yes, I do have a basis for my statement about Greenshift's lawyers. I specifically mentioned my history of owning some stock of a company that, in my very humble opinion, is mismanaged.

Perhaps that is the linkage that you were looking for. An incompetent CEO hired an incompetent law office to handle a make-or-break lawsuit.
