I wonder how the TA deals with trading volume that's based on a lower A/S that could possibly exceed the number of shares available. It's just such an odd situation. But, like you pointed out, I guess it's possible. But only on the OTC.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
