Damned if they do, damned if they don't.

They need the attorney letter and Q1 financials posted, guess they should just remain quiet on all matters then until they file?

The PR today would have made no difference if there was a yield or they were current.

Would seem for some that news and anything for that matters only to the extent that the price runs, if the price ran on today;s news I'm guessing you wouldn;t care about the yield sign.
