I agree with you concern I did a lot of research and found so many false statements by this company . I looked back to when they traded as GSC Global and a Mr Volonte was running the show and then stepped down from his postion in red reef before listing . He is one of the biggest shareholders in this company and doing a check on his name came up with a SEC conviction and a list of failed companies a mile long .I also found on the web a companies web site on the west coast with the same name and they actually do mold remediation and have the same logo and name bioclear.net which has now been parked .I did a check on this company and someting is really wrong as the were trading under this name before Red Reef and GSC Global and where owned by poeple I never heard of . I can not find anything on the products they claim they have and no test results , you would think they would have them on their web page to encourage investors . There is so much more but all I can say is check them out before you invest as it looks to me they are driving the share price with just press releases . SCAM SCAM SCAM
