The O/S is always a snapshot in time and dependent on past R/Ss and dilution. Remember what I posted about it here?

And if they hadn't done the 1:2500 R/S, the O/S today would be 10,020,000,000,000. That's TRILLION.

And if they hadn't done the 1:150 R/S the prior year, the O/S would be 10,521,100,000,000,000. And that, my friends, is QUADRILLION!
