No one is denying there's a merger in the works.

But there are questions about how they've gone about it that shouldn't have to be asked. Liz can't answer them. She should have put out a pr at the beginning. Failing doing that, the new company should have put one out.

I've seen a lot of R/Ms and none have been this screwed up.
