You really do not have any real life experience with project managment or governmental permitting agencies, do you? They move at their own pace, you might as well be shouting at a glacier to encourage it to move faster.

Who are you really talking to here? Encouragement for the company? Encouragment for other shareholders? I doubt the company monitors this board and I suspect that your harangue is driving other viewers off the board. Soon you will be the only one here, so I guess keep talking to yourself if it makes you feel good.
