there haven't been any financial disclosures of the transaction/merger to create an opinion on the new company...
or any relative facts for that matter, from my understanding, for the shareholders there to do any due diligence.

nobody knows what they own, tj. When somebody can supply fundamentals (i.e.audited financials and some filings of some sort with the sec) i would be able to give my educated opinion and proper analysis.
