If not for the upcoming reverse split, this would be a great bounce play. Maybe a little pump as high as .016 before going subs. Then they reverse split, uplist to another exchange and gets chopped. CEO really screwed the pooch. Just think how many caught higher holding this and under water caught in the penny pot madness who didn't get out
