Heres what the previous share cancellation fantasy was:

Too bad this IS a bankruptcy.

BIOAQ is bankrupt under Chapter 15 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The case number is 18-11291 in the District of Delaware. Look it up on PACER.

But even under CCAA, the common shares would still be cancelled. In most CCAA cases of public companies, the existing common shares are cancelled without any payment to common shareholders.

For BIOAQ, the same thing is going to happen, but as a Delaware incorporated company, it will be done by the US Bankruptcy Court.

Anyone holding BIOAQ shares will lose 100% of their investment.
