I would also argue that the one you listed is Umbra Applied Technologies, Corp. Its not Umbra Applied Technologies Group.

There is also Umbra Applied Technologies, Inc. that expired and dissolved in 2016, due to the same reason. It shows an old address.

There is no listing for Umbra Applied Technologies Group though, so it could be a technical name change in progress.

There was an announcement they were relocating their warehouse, so it could be a name change, or change of address, or both.
