"Thanks for the question. We look at our developing IP as being very valuable and hard earned, especially the latest patent filing, which we consider somewhat of an “umbrella patent” in that it covers a wide area of cannabinoids and nanoparticles. On the advise of our patent attorneys, we have selected a provisional filing strategy. Such applications are private, allowing us a runway to commercialize the technology without teaching potential competitors the formulations we've developed. These formulations are the key to the technology and if we file on a non-provisional basis we give this away before we can get to productization. Our goal is to expand our IP and we are working on an additional filing right now and to produce commercially viable products. As soon as we get products to the market, we will allow for publication of the filings. But, for now we have to keep them filed on a confidential basis for competitive reasons.
