This one deal with Microtech should make a difference.

Not going to happen. Microtech is not stupid enough to tie itself to a sham operation and risk losing their status as a prime contractor on the GSA teaming agreement. Telco has nothing to offer Microtech. What can a company with three employees do other than make false claims and sell stock. That is not what the teaming agreement is about.
