That's what I figured. At best .12-.14. Most long will be tired of waiting. The best we can hope for is the Ind submittal... then the long thirty day waiting period which will be delayed. By that time I'm sure we retrace sub .06. May be a great play if you like channeling. Like you, I have invested a great deal with Hope's of capitalizing in 2017-2018. Sold a lot AT A LOSS for better plays.
