According to there website anybody can join up with this company. What is the big deal ? Nice way to make a quick buck though. Buy a Pink Sheet shell. PR that you are joining a bigger company then sell 80 BILLION shares. Oh wait I forgot. SMMW already did that LOL. All just IMO.
