I suspect offering dilution with a an original offering of .0025 per share that has been upgraded to .0036.

We filed a very small, $500k Reg A which should be effective in the next 30 days. This will allow us to bring the needed capital into the company, but to control when and how much dilution is created. This is the least expensive and least harmful capital available to us at this juncture.
