Yep this has officially become a stock that is now going to take several months to materialize but it is what it is right?

The blame lies squarely on Dazheng Longding's " complacency " involving keeping the ticker symbol current well they go through this merger. They should have gotten with David Lazar so he could have issued a 10-q filing that would have taken him a couple of hours to prepare using copy and paste from the previous one and we wouldn't be sitting here talking about this today. The share price would definitely definitely without question be trading at around one and a half cents and we would all feel Justified after all the due diligence we have uncovered
