CEO was way too late on that PR! Unfortunately after reading the 10Q the old CEO is Suing SNPW and it states that it’s unlikely they will get the BOND money approved. They need approximately 17 Million more to build out the recycling plant and without that money the bank will cease the rest of the funds allocated in the loan to them. Not giving out danger just read what the cleanly is stating.
