PESX will not turn around until the entire sector turns. So that will concern oil, US China trade, opec, production output, etc. However, PESX is one of the closest out of its competitors to being cash positive despite all the set backs caused by the sector. The earnings numbers for the competitors are far worse than PESX and they're trading so much higher than PESX. I'm going to hold until this thing balances out and hope that the sector turns around as well.
