I was told by someone who knows this court stuff inside and out, that just because there is a RS mentioned in any court date at that time, does not mean at all whether the new company will then go with it. It's often put there like a kinda boiler plate stuff. EVTP had a RS mentioned even in the first public otc markets filing and on the next batch of filings it was gone and it was removed from the prior one. Just fwiw. We will see.
