What are the SEC filings with resumes from former Bio-Amber Board members saying? Let's look at this filing from June 21, 2019. Ms. Richstone's resume says BioAmber Inc. was (sold) - it also list APC as (sold) as well as Everyware Global as (taken private). Make sure you look at the Everyware Global transaction. Cash and shares in the new company...so it won't be the first time. Don't be shocked. And don't tell me they sold all their assets. According the government entities BioAmber still owns the majority of their assets until they are (SOLD). I'll take Ellen's word for it; or is it a lie in an SEC document?
