Can someone explain this to me. Maybe I missed something....

I am assuming this dropped because of the (re)issue of the r/s authorization. But if you read it is 1:500 MAX with a stated goal of $2.50 stock price after r/s. That figures to .005 a share minimum to reach that stated target. WHY oh WHY would the management even consider a r/s below that level (.005)? Am I missing something?

Oh and news about to pop, and revenue streams continuing, maybe I just not bright enough to be afraid, perhaps that is why I increased 5x my stake in the sub .002

Please enlighten me. :)
