People need re- think the R/S midset here. typically investors/traders dislike reverse splits because of the bad acting, repeat offenders, on the OTC. Sugarmade, Inc is not some crap illiquid .000 that's pulling a R/S so that they can continue to dump more shares on people. This R/s is actually a strategic move, with investors in mind.. The reason for this reverse is to get the share price to the minimums needed for up-listing purposes. in this case you will end up with less shares, but the dollar value of your shares will be EXACTLY the same post reverse.. Along with up-listing, comes more transparency, more oversight, and way way way better funding options for the company..ALL wins for the shareholder! This will be one of the few that has a R/S and continues to gain value imo.
