Here's the way it usually plays when it comes to Divy. If for example you owm 1mil shares of PTSH, by the closing trading hours on Dec 15, you would get 333,333 (33%) shares of DBAC. You can sell your PTSH anytime after the record date and still get your DBAC divy nomatter when they deliver them. If the dividends are not restricted, you can sell them as soon as they show up on your account and DBAC will crash. If they are restricted (say for 1 year), you cannot sell them until 1 year is over and DBAC PPS will stay as it is. by the way... you don'thave to buy DBAC inorder to get the dividend, but you have to but PTSH. The F/S for those who had DBAC becomes their dividend. Play PTSH for both Divi and revenues IMO. It's all my opinion
