Understand the situation here. Outstanding shares has not increased significantly and is not accountable for the complete decrease of pps. November is wining down and December will be here very soon along with the start of upcoming trials and formulations. The pps will be compressed until news of trial start and then there will be a complete 180 in perspective here to get the price up. Accumulate, period.
