Well, the iron ain't hot no more, he should have released news yesterday, would have gotten a golden opportunity to run this past .003. Left me wondering if he really got news to deliver.

I'm under the impression this is a farce or something went wrong. It shouldn't take this long to deliver news. If in fact the deal failed, he's going to say shareholders jeapordized the deal for leaking the merger partner and they walked away.
