Many or all fit that description. I mean, last 8-k reviled previously undisclosed, a cover their A report, They're continue dumping discount on 20 day look back beginning OCT 3o.. Yet at same time disclose an authorized as of Oct 30/19of 10 friggen Billion!!

An after the fact disclosure butt covering >> 1 1/2 months after the nonsense pump and dump scam games began..

What's worse is , debt collection to an LLC that never existed until a few months after Halpen appears and this whole ' set up and dump started.
