Based on the Press release that I've included below, I agree with you that they haven't entirely said the purpose of the audit. We can perhaps infer that the purpose of the audit was not to report finances to the investing public and become current to OTC reporting standards, but that their purpose was perhaps for creating more mergers or subsidiaries and not to be current. So, we may never know when the audit is completed. I don't think that's what will happen when, or if, the audit is done, but reading the PR below gives me that possible feeling. So, we may still be left with reading the tea leaves on indeed.com and saying what it "may" mean, but having nothing but guesses about the condition of the company. Whatever the condition of the company, the condition of the stock is flatline, with not enough volatility to make money trading, and little or no hope for making money as a long-term investment. Maybe that will change, but I've watched this for a few years and apart from the last big run years ago to 0.0008, not much has happened.
