No, there is no need to pump or bash PCTL. The table has been set on this one. The stakes are high. It's a very binary situation. PCT's revenue and/or borrowing capacity either improves their balance sheet to the point where this is ridiculously undervalued given all the growth coming and the stock is at least a 50 bagger from here in the near-term. Or, they are forced to dilute massively to cover notes coming due by end of Feb 2020 and the stock languishing down in the low sub-penny area.
