I have done my own research and am highly satisfied with the answers I've received.
None of it fits a narrative that Silver Bell has anything to do with either the gate or lock on the gate at the Fencemaker mine site.
Two different NDEP representatives told me when they need to inspect the mine, they contact FLPC, not Silver Bell.

I have no further need to contact anyone else.
Rumor has it there's been infighting between relatives at Silver Bell.
Maybe that's where the misconception arises that someone associated with Silver Bell controls the gate/lock and thus Fencemaker.

Unless investors believe both FLPC management and the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection are all lying, then it must be something else.
