We traders are at the bottom of the food chain when it comes to info... Once I a while we get something like a 13/ga filing that gives the savvy trader insight into the health of a company...

So now that Perceptive has not only re-bought all their shares @ $1.60 they sold @ .40 ...they actually have a total increase of their initial position...

Actions like this by a Major bio player allows me to become a sheep and follow them blindly knowing they have access to much more info than myself...

I loaded up as soon as I saw the filing last night $1.48 and then shared the info on this board like I always do..first target $1.80 good luck!
