What would creat a situation in which a company can be able to use the 500 million in Nols...Values at about 150 million in tax savings....in a very short period of time... That would be the only reason to save BIOAQ......No other reason would need this UNIQUE Bankruptcy only to pleasure Shareholders. How is it that BIO-SA is not owned by BIOA but is least from those whom Creates all formulas and recipes and that Was sold over to LCY. WHEN BIOAQ BEGAN IT WAS ALL UNDER LEASES AND AGREEMENTS... AN EMPTY SUIT CASE FILLED WITH THE GOODIES...NOW WHATS LEFT IS THE CASE. LCY PUT THOSE GOODIES IN THEIR CASE FOR 4.34
