Many companies in the OTC that file the -NT 5 day extension dont meet that extended deadline on the exact date anyway.

For a company like Rennova that is playing catch up,it's kinda of not that surprising they didnt file the -NT but another hard kick in the nads to shareholders given the recent comments from the CEO

Saying that,the filings are certainly trickling out and Q1 came 2 weeks after the 10K, so I expect the Q2 will soon and Q3 to still follow soon after.
