yep... they can short shares against the restricted. Hey, why not?

If i can short and want to (while holding restricted), I can make over over $1 right now. Then buying back soon .. I have made the money. Then I still have those restricted for the price up later on. Basically there is no risk to me.

The money i would had made from shorting against my own restricted, i could buy 10X, 15X more shares. When the price goes up to where it was, i am 15X richer in a year or 45X in 3 years (giving price will go to $5 area from earlier this year). If I just wait and not shorting against my restricted, I could go up 2X, 3X in few years.

Shorting should be made illegal since it's getting out of hand.
