Does anyone know how this did a 1500 to 1 reverse split and the price stayed the same? Every other stock I had the share price increased. Like 200 to 1 reveree becomes 200xthe per share price. The stock price was not effected. The idea of dilution I think makes no sense. Where did they sell the shares I didnt see any billion shares traded https://www.otcshortreport.com/company/CDIX
