My interpretation is up listing to the Nasdaq requires us to have increased revenues. The re shuffling of products and the New Date for review in Dec has stretched the timeline. Had the opiate world not change along with the FDA, we would already be in dollar land . Remember , Naz does not want a reverse split. I predict by the 3rd quarter 2020 the timeline will be less than a year.
