Fairness hearing just happened on Friday. The 8k says shares were issued after the fairness hearing. It says Trillium cant get more than 9.9% of the OS at one time. Dont they have to keep issuing Trillium their shares in smaller tranches staying under the 9.9% thresh hold until its paid off? 66m OS 9.9% is only 6m shares. How did they issue 54m shares in one day??
