It is true if there is a catalyst near term and management is working on some 8K event they would not be allowed to purchase shares because it would be viewed as insider trading.
The picture in NYC with a diner with PRED management, Chinese investors,
lawyers and potential investment US bankers should "spaek" an idea that something potential big is brewing.
