ebase.....it doesn't come through well on the written transcript, but in the actual call it does. During the Q&A he talks about putting brochures in the mail with your natural gas bill (it's the part where he goes on about super duper water heater advertisement). I take it that's their goal. It sounded rather lame to me. No one is buying a $30K generator that has to be run 24 hours a day to justify it's cost unless I'm off grid in the boondocks, not in the city experiencing a blackout.
