I received an email from their attorney this AM. Not their filing attorney, but never the less an attorney with the company.

She also wrote:

"We are discussing the reverse take over target for TRDX now, expect to be done before end of December."

So we are in the right place. Not only did she reconfirm the merger, but she gave us an estimate on the filing. Pretty soon this forum is gonna have a lot of eyes. Hold on!
