Indeed, and all cases come to an end, the 5th circuit remanded, and since it took a year for the remand ruling, it cannot take another year for the lower circuit to come up with a solution that already was given by the 5th circuit, and the Seila law cases is to expire within the year, and the Collins SCOTUS will come within a year with a ruling, so yes all point to a settlement within 6 months as the government is close to the point of no return
