You and I should be working for the company. Your operations background is superior and I bring the commercial side.

It appears they have a messaging problem. One of my concerns is the number of physicians that have tried the product but no longer prescribe. Not willing yet to accept your conclusion about market issues being the causal factors, but would do some research first. The research might prove you you right and is inexpensive. It is hard to get physicians to trial and losing the number that they do, suggests a problem (opportunity) to be addressed.
They haven't yet figured out their sales model. This was exemplified by cutting back on sales to save of the burn rate. If selling were effective, this should not have been done.
With all these issues they managed to change the product refill. Not sure if addressing this was the best use of resources.
