Are you serious question mark this guy's an idiot and so is his whole board of directors you don't do reverse stock splits when your weak you'll end up killing your valuation in the process when the downtrend continues. You do reverse stock splits only when you're strong or when there's a Syndicate bidoff an offering

Accumulated enough shares to make it worth my while. Sell it to you on the bounce before it gets crushed
