USAT is about 62% institutionally owned. So I don't believe Hudson needs yours and my proxy. They'll have mine but they won't need it.

Private shareholders not following along aren't reading the Hudson info.

This is when the lack of significant insider ownership is really going to hurt mgmt, AND a large institutional ownership position can put the nail in the coffin for the BoD and mgmt.



I can't imagine Hudson not winning, because the institutions have to be following along. They have to be chomping at the bit waiting to see the company on revenues of $175M, start to make GAAP black profits and FCF.

That will driving the PPS.
