ECOS has already shared that information with the public. It's been the plan since the agreement was written they plan on buying more digesters. The whole point of the LLC between ECOS and LRS was to spell out those purchases, tipping fees and fertilizer sales. You don't have to do much dd to find the agreement, simply Google it and read.
