On two occasions I have filled out the online form to file a complaint and each time, as I'm just about finished, I get "Your Time Has Expired" and it will not allow me to complete. Typical government crap site.

I say, drive this pps down to trips as most have already lost so much it doesn't matter...it will force TC to RS 'AGAIN' and gives more proof, not that we really need it at this point, that he has been running a scam. BVTK is one of the worst scams in the OTC...and if you think you'll buy and win, you're wrong. I think a call to the SEC is next.
