Just had a look at website and basically A/S and O/S are roughly 200m which is good news however revenues from the restaurants and hotel won't be setting any records and the hospitality management company sounds like a tax dodge. That just leaves the 'potential' of the new construction company which unless planning permission has already been given, plans drawn up, environmental concerns etc etc means that it could be 2 years even before a brick is laid and A/F's are probably 6-12 months away at best.

Maybe I've missed something but from initial findings apart from the divi what is there to like about this company in the next 6-12 months?
