Bill could very well be a hero if his vision comes to fruition. I think the investor base wants to see progress before laying bets. Not everyone out there is as knowledgeable as the board members here. Needless to say the investing public see the whole sector as risky. We need the tide turn and we need LVVV to land some contracts.
